Coach McVay

As an engagement and development coach with the LA Rams, I have seen, or in fact, anyone who visits the Rams training facility will see four key phrases Coach McVay has posted on the walls.

Coach says the purpose of these phrases — referred to as “McVayisms” — is to create a culture where you have “core values and beliefs that you think are consistent with the things you want to represent.” I would argue these apply to any football program. Perhaps they should be on your wall as well.
