Now that Football and other fall sports are in full swing, its important as a coach to ensure your athletes are hydrated.


Dehydration is no joke! The last thing you need is to have your athletes cramping up during the game let alone suffering from heat related injuries. We have all taken the courses! So be sure to have your athletes properly hydrated during the week while in school, on the field and at home... and especially 24 hours before the big game.


Here is a great reminder from my friends over at Safe Sports Network in NH just in case you didn't pay attention to your heat injury courses! HYDRATION!
